As our client services manager, she oversees all administrative staff, ensuring the fulfillment of duties and adherence to timelines crucial to the debt review process. Our clients in debt review receive the utmost care, empathy, and understanding regarding how their financial circumstances have impacted their lives and livelihoods.

Amelia Burger
Since 2018, Amelia has been an invaluable member of the Consumer Debt Support team. Widely recognized in the industry for her kind-heartedness, Amelia excels in understanding clients' situations, demonstrating empathy, and offering genuine compassion.
Her responsibilities encompass a range of crucial tasks, including canceling debit orders with banks, processing consumer reversals, and accurately capturing new debt review debit orders.
With meticulous attention to detail, Amelia diligently reviews all debt counsellors' proposals to ensure the correctness of acceptance balances, taking immense pride in this responsibility. In relation to magistrates' court applications, she expertly compiles the necessary documentation for legal processes.
Amelia also plays a vital role in maintaining up-to-date consumer documents and expediting drafting procedures with Liddle and Associates to minimize delays. Additionally, she diligently handles consumer invoices and ensures payment confirmations, as our firm does not collect legal fees.
As the first point of contact for consumers entering debt review, Amelia's excellent communication skills and organized approach instill confidence and trust. She effectively manages her schedule and stays well-informed about each case.

Niquetta Oosthuizen
We are excited to introduce the newest addition to our esteemed debt review team, Niki.
After spending 12 years abroad in Turkey, Niki dedicated herself to the education department, serving as a teacher and gaining valuable insights into the challenges faced by families both in South Africa and abroad.
Upon her return in late 2021, Niki found inspiration in her mother's business and embarked on thorough research to better understand our industry.
She also gained hands-on experience by working part-time, immersing herself in the intricacies of our operations.
Having connected with over 2,000 consumers from diverse backgrounds, Niki is passionate about making a positive difference in their lives. She approaches each case with empathy and deep understanding of the circumstances consumers face.
Currently preparing for her upcoming exam, Niki will join forces with her mother, Annienne Nel (NCRDC2452), who brings 14 years of invaluable experience as a registered debt counsellor.
