Annienne has been appointed to serve on DCASA (Debt Counsellors Association of South Africa) as the Western Cape Representative for the 2026–2027 term, where she contributes to the development of debt counsellors and promotes strong ethical standards within the profession.

This vision led to the establishment of FoodBank4Hope, an outreach initiative founded by Annienne, together with Zak King and Niquetta Oosthuizen, her daughter and a registered debt counsellor.
